At the Law Office of Joshua Adam Kittenplan, P.C. our most important relationship is between each client and our office.  We create a unique connection with our clients based upon the specific facts and circumstances of each matter.   It seems that the most common complaint by litigants these days is that the law is unnecessarily complicated and archaic.  While our strong advocacy on behalf of clients is important, we also recognize that our job is to also act as a counselor, providing our clients with essential advice and guiding them through what is an often confusing experience.   We are always accessible and recognize the value of sitting with a litigant and explaining to them the legal process.  We collaborate with each client in order to formulate legal strategies that are both intelligent and feasible.
